/v1/runs

Without finishedSince, the most recent runs first, with from and to over the dispatch date.

With finishedSince, only the runs finished since that date, in the order they finished: this is the incremental load. The cursor does not skip an old run that finished after a newer one.

Missing, invalid or expired token (unauthorized).

Query API not in the plan (featureNotAvailableForPlan), missing permission in the profile (profileError) or inactive token owner (userLocked, tenantNotAssigned).

Token limit reached (rateLimited); try again after Retry-After.
