Proton Support

Proton support tickets are opened in MySignal, Atomic's service portal for Proton and its other tools. There you open the ticket, talk to the support team, send attachments, and keep track of deadlines.

In the portal, the name that appears is Signal.

Who has access

Access to MySignal is personal and tied to your company. There are two profiles:

ProfileWhat they see
Customer user (Usuário cliente)Opens tickets and tracks the ones they opened.
Customer manager (Gestor do cliente)Opens tickets and tracks all of the company's tickets.

Both can reply and send attachments on the tickets they see. No one outside your company sees its tickets.

Accounts are created by Atomic. To give access to someone new at your company, the customer manager opens a Service request (Solicitação de serviço) ticket asking for access, with the person's name, email, and profile.

First access

Once your account is created, you receive the email "Your Signal account has been created" (Sua conta no Signal foi criada), with the Create my password (Criar minha senha) button. The link is valid for 7 days and can be used once: choose your password (at least 8 characters) and sign in. If the link expires, ask for a new invitation.

At app.mysignal.com.br, enter your Email (E-mail) and Password (Senha) and use Sign in (Entrar). After 5 failed attempts within 15 minutes, access is blocked for 15 minutes.

Forgot your password? (Esqueceu a senha?) sends a link to choose a new password. The link is valid for 1 hour and can be used once; if it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder before asking for another one. Resetting your password ends any open sessions.

In your avatar menu, My account (Minha conta) lets you change your name, phone number, and password. Your email and company are maintained by Atomic.

What changed from Proton 4

Proton 4 support used a different portal. In Proton 5, tickets are in MySignal, together with the tickets for Atomic's other tools. The Proton 4 support page (in Portuguese) is still available for anyone still using version 4.
