Parameters of all steps

GET 
/dataset-run/get-component-params/:datasetRunId

The parameters of all dataset steps, in step order, with the values resolved as in get-value. Does not depend on an open step.

Lists come back as JSON text ({"columns": [...], "rows": [...]}), with the cell references replaced by the value: {{output:id}} (output of a previous step), {{global:id}} (dataset variable) and {{general:id}} (general parameter). Only a cell that contains the whole reference is replaced.

A reference that does not resolve comes back with the stored id, not with empty text.
