Name of the next component

GET 
/dataset-run/:datasetRunId/component-name

Name of the next step not yet started, in dataset order. After start-component, it already returns the following step.

Returns {} (without name) when there are no more steps, when the run was stopped or when the id does not belong to the organization.

The name is the component's name in Proton. In the code, it is the name of the component's file (Python) or class (Java), with the same capitalization.
