/dataset-run/:datasetRunId/component-system

System of the next step not yet started. The runner uses the system to choose the repository that runs the step; the automation uses it to know whether the next step is still its own.

Returns {"system": ""} when there are no more steps, when the run was stopped or when the id does not belong to the organization.
