Open the next step
PUT/dataset-run/:datasetRunId/start-component
Opens the next step not yet started: records the start time and sets the step to Running.
The step parameters can only be read and written while it is open. The id in the response is the step
id, used to upload the step screenshots (entity=run_progress).
Does not change the run status.
Permission: Runs: update.
