Example requests

Ask the way you would ask someone on your team. The assistant picks the tools, asks for whatever is missing, and checks with you before deleting, stopping, or running anything.

More specific requests get better answers: name the automation, the group, the period, or the environment when you know it.

Everyday questions​

  • "Which runs failed today? For each one, tell me the step that failed and why."
  • "What's scheduled to run tonight? Is anything pointing to a runner that's turned off?"
  • "What's the pass rate for the last two weeks compared with the two weeks before?"
  • "Which automations failed the most this month?"
  • "Which runners are free right now?"

Investigate a failure​

  • "Run 41436 failed. Read the log, the error, and the evidence, and tell me the likely cause."
  • "I found the id 3f2b8c1e-7a4d-4e9b-9c21-5d6e7f8a9b0c in the SAP log. Which run is it from?"
  • "Search for 'Timeout on LoginSAP' in the logs of runs from the last 7 days. Which automations does it show up in?"
  • "Open a Jira bug for the latest failure of the Sales order automation, with the run report."

Build automations and data​

  • "Create the Customer registration automation in the Sales folder, with the components Login_SAP, Open_BP, and Save_customer, in that order."
  • "Copy dataset 3 of the Sales order automation and change the customer to 100234 and the quantity to 5."
  • "Change the value of in_centro to 1010 in all datasets of the Sales order automation." The assistant shows what will change before saving.
  • "Which components of the Portal system have no documentation? Propose documentation for each one and save it once I approve."
  • "Where is the in_cnpj parameter used? I want to rename it to in_cnpj_cliente."

Run and track​

  • "Run the datasets in the current cycle of the Regression group on a free runner and keep track until they finish."
  • "Schedule the Regression group for today at 10 PM on the Nightly cluster, in the Staging environment."
  • "Create a recurring run Monday through Friday at 7 AM for the Smoke group."
  • "Run dataset 12 on the feature/novo-checkout branch."
  • "Stop the in-progress runs of cycle 2290."

Processes and traceability​

  • "Build the traceability matrix for the critical processes: what has automation and what has no coverage."
  • "If I change the Login_SAP component, what's affected?"
  • "Generate the automation document for Sales order for the audit."
  • "Who changed the Billing process last week, and what changed?"

Jira, Xray, and Zephyr​

  • "Link Jira story VEN-123 as a requirement of the Sales order automation."
  • "Import Xray Test Plan VEN-450 as an automation group. Show me first what will be linked to what."
  • "Where in Xray is the result of run 41436?"

Robot operations​

  • "Which exceptions are unassigned? Assign the ones from the billing robot to me."
  • "Rerun exception 88 and tell me whether that solved it."
