Licenses

Financial > Licenses shows the organization's plan, the features it unlocks and each person's licenses (seats).

The plan and the number of licenses are managed by Atomic. To change plans, turn on a feature or get more licenses, contact Atomic.

The plan

  • Current plan: the tier (Basic, Advanced or Enterprise), the plan name and how many seats are included.
  • Plan features: the features, with a check mark when they're unlocked and a padlock when they aren't: AI Module, Scheduled runs, Recurring runs, Data Table, SSO, QA module and RPA module.

Three cards summarize the seats:

CardWhat it shows
Package seatsThe seats included in the plan, how many are in use and how many are available.
Full accessThe full access seats assigned, among the included and the additional ones, and how many are reserved.
Runner onlyThe additional seats that only connect a Runner, assigned and available.

License types

TypeFor whom
Full accessAnyone who uses the portal (and can also connect a Runner). The seats included in the plan are full access.
Runner onlyA robot account that only connects a Runner, with no access to the portal.

A person has one license per organization. Atomic users don't take up a license. See also Runner account.

The seat list

The Seats tab shows each seat with its type, status (Available, Assigned or Reserved until a date), the person and the activation date. The filters split them by status and by type.

On each seat:

  • Assign License (free seat) or Change user (seat in use) chooses the person. The list only includes active people, without a license and compatible with the seat type: a robot account with full access doesn't sign in to the portal, and neither does a person with "Runner only".
  • Remove Assignment frees up the seat.
  • License history shows each assignment, change and release, with the reason, who did it and when.

The 30-day rule

A license stays with the person for at least 30 days:

  • up to 24 hours after assigning it, removing it counts as fixing a mistake, and the seat is freed up right away;
  • after that and before 30 days, removing it leaves the seat reserved for the same person until the 30 days are over: only they can get it back during that period;
  • for the same reason, Change user is refused before 30 days.

Plan history

The Plan history tab shows each change to the plan, seats and features made by Atomic, with the date and who made it.

Permissions

Viewing the screen requires viewing licenses. Assigning, changing and removing require editing licenses and viewing the organization's users.
