Tags
Tags classify automations and datasets, for example regressao, smoke or the name of a system module. They are used
for searching and filtering: in the automation list, in the Automation Center and in the automation document.
Manage tags
In Automations > Tags, the table shows each tag, its color and how many automations and how many datasets use it.
- Add creates a tag: the name (in lowercase, up to 20 characters, unique in the organization) and the color.
- Edit changes the name or the color.
- Delete removes the tag from every automation and dataset that uses it. Check the count first.
A tag can also be created in the automation's Tags field: type a new name and choose to create it.
Where to use them
- Automation: the automation's tags apply to all of its datasets (the inherited tags).
- Dataset: a dataset can have its own tags, in addition to the inherited ones.
- Automation Center: the tag filter shows only the tagged datasets.
