AI analyses

In Insights > AI analyses, the AI analyzes the runs in a period and tells you what to look at first: recurring errors, what got worse, what is unstable or slow, scheduled runs that did not run, and what went well. Each finding links to the run, dataset, group, or runner involved.

Requires the AI module in the plan.

Choose the period

  • Analyzed period: day, week, month, year, the whole period (since the first run), or a custom range. The page opens on last week. The arrows move to the previous or next period.
  • Group: all groups or one.
  • Lens: All, Quality, or Operation, when the organization has both modules.
  • Compare with: no comparison, the previous period, the same period last year, or another period you pick.

Before you generate anything, the page already shows the numbers for the period, with no AI and no cost: the success rate, runs, failures, and average duration, compared with the reference period. It warns you when the comparison says little (fewer than 20 runs in the reference period, or periods of different lengths).

Generate the analysis

Generate the analysis shows the cost: 1 credit for every 31 days analyzed, counting only up to today. The comparison does not add to the cost. If there are no runs in the period, nothing is generated or charged.

The analysis is shared by the whole organization: anyone who opens the same period, with the same comparison, lens, and group, sees the same analysis without spending credits. A closed period is stored and does not change; a period still in progress (such as the current week) can be generated again to include what happened since.

The analysis

  • The verdict in one or two sentences and the health of the period, based on the success rate: excellent (90% or more), good (70%), fair (50%), poor (25%), or critical.
  • What to look at first: up to 6 findings, by severity (high priority, attention, to follow). Each finding has its links and an action, such as opening the run to diagnose the failure, marking the datasets to rerun in the Automation Center, opening the runner or the Schedule, or copying a notice for the team.
  • What went well: up to 4 positive points from the period.

In the analysis:

  • Refresh the analysis generates it again (and charges for it); the previous one stays in the history.
  • Copy the summary and Copy the link, to send to whoever needs it.
  • Ask about this analysis opens the AI assistant with the period and the verdict, so you can ask, for example, what to look at first or request a summary for the team.

Already analyzed

The Already analyzed list shows the organization's recent analyses. Reopening an analysis from the history costs no credits.

An analysis keeps the view of the person who generated it: anyone who cannot see an automation covered by the analysis (because of the team rule) cannot open it, and generates their own.

E-mail report

E-mail report sends the AI analysis, at the frequency you choose, to people in the organization:

FieldWhat it is
Report nameFor example, "Weekly for the board".
FrequencyDaily (the last 24 hours, against the previous 24), Weekly (the last 7 days against the previous 7), or Monthly (the last 30 days against the previous 30).
Day and timeThe day of the week, the day of the month (up to 28), and the time, in your time zone.
GroupAll groups or one.
RecipientsUp to 50 people in the organization.
  • Each send generates the analysis and charges 1 credit to whoever saved the report. The page shows how much the report costs per month before you save it.
  • If there are no runs in the period, only a notice goes out, with no AI and no credits.
  • Each person only receives the analysis if they can see all the automations in it.
  • Each report's card shows the next send and the result of the last one. Send now sends it right away (and charges for it).

Creating reports requires permission to view the organization's users.

Home

The AI insights section on Home shows the analysis of the last 7 days until now, in the same format.
