Reports
In Insights > Reports, each report downloads a CSV file with data from the whole organization, for all time, to open in Excel or combine with other sources. The column headers come out in English.
| Report | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Automations by Creation Date | The most recent automations, with the number of datasets in each. |
| Datasets by Creation Date | The most recent datasets, with their automation and version. |
| Never Executed Datasets | The datasets that have never run, from oldest to newest. |
| Stale Datasets | The datasets whose last run was 30 or more days ago, with the days since the last one. |
| Component Utilization | The components with the number of datasets and automations that use them. |
| Execution Results by Dataset | Each dataset's runs, how many passed and failed, and the success rate. |
| Runner Load Distribution | Each runner's runs, how many passed and failed, and the success rate. |
| Top Failed Datasets | The datasets that failed the most, with the failure rate and the last run. |
| Orphaned Components | The components that no dataset uses. |
| Undocumented components | The components with no objective and no expected result, from most used to least used. |
| Automations Without Datasets | The automations that do not have a dataset yet. |
Each file has up to 200 rows (500 for undocumented components).
The reports help you clean up your automation assets: orphaned components, automations without datasets, and datasets that never ran or have been idle for a long time.
