Home

Home is the dashboard that opens when you sign in to Proton: the numbers for the period, the AI analysis, what is running right now, and the upcoming scheduled runs. It works on phones.

Controls​

  • Lens: All, Quality, or Operation, when the organization has both modules. Your choice is remembered.
  • Period: today, the current week (the default), the current month, the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, the current year, the previous year, all time, or a range picked on the calendar.
  • Refresh reloads the numbers and the runs in progress.
  • Export PDF report generates the report for the period, with the numbers, the charts, the AI analysis, the rankings, the recent runs, the runners, and the scheduled runs.
  • Sections expand and collapse; Expand all sections and Collapse all sections do it all at once.

AI insights​

The AI analysis of the last 7 days until now, compared with the previous 7 days. It is the same analysis as in AI analyses: the verdict, the health, what to look at first, and what went well.

  • With no analysis yet, the card shows the numbers for the period (success rate, runs, failures, and average duration) and Generate the analysis.
  • An analysis older than 24 hours offers Refresh to now. Each generation uses AI credits.
  • The analysis is shared by the whole organization: opening one that was already generated costs no credits.
  • Analyze another period takes you to AI analyses, where you pick the day, month, year, or the whole period.

Requires the AI module in the plan.

Overview​

With the RPA module, the Operation exceptions strip shows the pending ones, the unassigned ones, and the oldest one, with Open the queue.

Total RunsThe runs that finished in the period: Passed, Failed, Stopped, and Cancelled.
Pass RatePassed divided by total runs.
Fail RateFailed divided by total runs.
Interrupted RateStopped and Cancelled divided by total runs.
Pending ExecutionsThe runs running or getting ready right now, regardless of the period.
Available / Connected RunnersFree runners out of connected runners (free and busy). Offline runners are left out.

The card for runs in progress shows each one with its group, cycle, runner, and running time. Clicking a run opens its details.

Metrics & Trends​

  • Execution Trend: passed, failed, and interrupted per day.
  • Status Distribution: the share of each status in the period.
  • Pass Rate Evolution: the rate for each day and the average.

Execution Analysis​

The rankings for the period, by dataset:

  • Most Executed;
  • Highest Pass Rate (from 3 runs up);
  • Top Failures;
  • Recent Runs (the last 5);
  • Top Executors: who started the most runs.

Runners & Schedules​

  • Runner Health: each runner with its status and its CPU and memory usage.
  • Scheduled Runs: the next 10. Clicking one opens the Automation Center.
  • Recurring Runs: the active recurring runs, with the next run.

Scheduled and recurring runs appear when the plan includes those features.
